It’s an excess of keratin buildup on his nose. It happens, but if they were on top of his care, buttering up his nose so that it doesn’t get dry and crusty, he wouldn’t have this horrible buildup. I have a Frenchie and I religiously clean his folds, face and butter up his nose so that he doesn’t have this issue. Poor Buzz. 😢
