Tikka Masala Pasta

Servings - 4

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 40 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Bell Pepper - 40 grams
Tomato paste - 60 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Tikka masala - 2 teaspoons
Water - 50 milliliters
Fresh cream - 50 grams
Boiled pasta - 400 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic and stir well.
2. Add 40 grams onions, 1 teaspoon, 40 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chili, 40 grams bell pepper and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Add 60 grams tomato paste, 1 teaspoon teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons tikka masala and stir well.
4. Add 50 milliliters water and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
5. Add 50 grams fresh cream, 400 grams boiled pasta and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
6. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and cook for 1 minute. Remove it from heat.
7. Garnish with coriander.
8. Serve.
