Hopes for a ceasefire: Biden announces new proposal to end the war

Israel's opposition is urging the government to accept a new ceasefire proposal for Gaza. Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said conditions haven't changed and he won't accept a permanent ceasefire until Hamas is destroyed.
