Sir Mera problem
1) Scapula sujan se shuru hua
Mai ek hand pe exercise karta tha
2) ab 3 years ho chuke hai wah pain badhke chest sholder and left leg and joint stiffness ho jata hai
3) Mera Hla b27 negative hai
4) sare blood report normal hai

Par phir bhi problem hai sir, Bahot sare doctors ko dikhya but wo kahte hai koi problem nhi

5) jada writing karne se to problem jada hi ho jata hai chest pain jada hota hai aur right hand scapula sunn pad jate hai.
6) Aur Right scapula normal se slightly upar hai and sholder bhi, mai Doctors ko batata hu but wo sunte nhi wo kahte hai normal hai.

Mai kya karu sir, please help me😢😢
