Fmr. Trump chief of staff calls Trump a 'FASCIST'

John Kelly, who served as White House chief of staff during the Trump administration, said in a series of recent interviews that the former president meets the definition of a fascist. The remark was made during one of Kelly's interviews with The New York Times and audio of his comments was made available online. Chris Hayes has the details.

The people criticizing retired military senior officers for not speaking their minds with ease, and sooner, don't seem to get the military. There is this thing called the UCMJ that could be construed as limiting this speech, or at least discouraging it.
