Fantastic video,
The Six Seconds culture is so inspiring and uplifting. Trust is key to building healthy organizations and essential for leaders. Pursuing Noble Goals, Engaging Intrinsic Motivation, Exercising Optimism, what a beautiful way to live :) It is wonderful that these are competencies that can be learned and developed. Naming feelings and developing self awareness of what I am feeling and learning to recognize patterns of reactivity and habitual ways of thinking about something is helping me learn to navigate my emotions better. The empathy and kind respect and careful listening you role model on this video is beautiful. It gives me hope that as my EQ skills develop I will be able to enjoy that kind of vocational relationship, and work with leaders that embody those skills. Thank you all for another great video.

this one is for Tom 'hi Tom!!!' enjoyed it a lot and Joseph's story was the cherry on top, change is always happening but this time we were forced to 'stop on our tracks' and on the positive side we all had to shift our mindset because goals and plans had to do a 180-degree turn and forced us to connect with each other more.

I was looking for a model connecting EQ and Leadership. So I'm very happy that I found it. I will share the report with my colleagues and we will work on it to find how we can use it in our leadership development program.
