It says online not to put the device around the thyroid area as it may cause an over stimulation of the thyroid. However in this video it seems she is putting it directly on the mid portion of her neck. I have read your manual as well and it clearly says to avoid it. I guess you need to revise this video in alignment to the safety usage of your devices.

Please upgrade the App i think that it’s not so helpful. Need a lot of things, for example: what is the purpose of asking to set a trestment schedule if it doesn’t send reminders, or audio on the mini videos. I think that you need to include there a detailed video for each trestment.
One other thing, i’m concerned because i have read that you should not stimulate or put this type of treatment in the area surrounding the thyroid, and here you don’t make any clarification about it.
It would be valuable to hear the opinion of experts and those who developed this device.

It looks like you've had a lot of botox, which is fine, but it's deceptive when selling an anti aging product.. On another note, the contraction passes between the electrodes, so when you run them vertically and pass them over the muscle instead of following the muscle parallel, you're missing a significant amount of contraction. Not scientifically the best strategy.
