The part where titus is struggling on to get to the obelisk control, you can see calgar's iron halo activate its shield when the lord of change breathes warpfire at him AS HE COMES CLOSER.. i think he was going to try to fist fight that daemon..

People are complaining about the campaign but I personally loved every bit of it because warhammer has always had messy writing, you just have to embrace it and have fun!

Imagine all this being down to the wire, Calgar is holding off the Lord of Change, Titus is being ripped apart slowly by the Warp energies, a second pair of hands hoists him up, and Malum Caedo declares: "Come, Lieutenant! Let us finish what you started!"

You have glory hounds like Cato, but its Titus who really would be the next chapter master, not because he is the best, the fastest or the best swordsmen but because he is what all Ultramarines should be a true Ultramarine
