Anaplan or PLAN stock announced a takeover bid from Thoma Bravo for $10.7 billion or $66 per share in cash! This represents a 46% premium to their recent price and might set a valuation floor for other SaaS stocks.

What does Thoma Bravo's bid on Anaplan mean for SaaS stocks like:
Docusign (DOCU stock)
Twilio (TWLO stock)
Veeva (VEEV stock)
Zoom (ZM stock)

Is there a cheaper, faster growing SAAS stock that I should look into?

By far, this is my favorite financial YouTube channel. I love his focus on fundamentals and business model, rather than pumping a particular stock.

Curiosity stream seems like an absolute steal at the current valuation. It was below $3 a share recently at a price to sales of about 3. You have covered them in a past video but I would like you to do an updated video because the price has fell significantly and they have been executing well.

Does Hims count as a SAAS company? Perhaps not but they do have like 70% gross margins, more than some some others you mentioned (like twilio).
It trades at a 2022 p/s of like 3 or so I think

Well, well, well... every 1% rise in the interest rate is $300B in debt repayments. Not sure how much Fed can raise interests before all public spending does tits up...
I think more, speed of reduction of the balance sheet - will cause assets to fall. Can anyone quantify the effect of this - 6 Trillion reduction is more a concern - I think given total market cap of US securities is roughly 55, and assume all that cash is invested in equities - It would cause roughly a 10% drop. Is that the right way to look at the effect or reduction of Fed balance sheet. Anyone?
