How to Use An Essential Oil Burner

Oil burners are a great way to make a room smell nice, whilst also providing some health benefits which vary depending on the essential oil you choose. In the video, I used frankincense essential oil which is known for its ability to reduce feelings of anxiety, stimulate the immune system, and more.

This specific oil burner is made of soapstone and features intricate carvings as part of its design. These little functional ornaments look great on display and can enhance your decor. When in use, oil burners do get very hot and so you should ensure you place it on a heatproof coaster of some sort to avoid burning your surfaces. As it is hot you should also avoid touching or moving it once it is lit.

Warning: you should never take any essential oils orally and should always keep them out of reach of children. If swallowed seek medical help immediately. Never leave lit candles unattended.

If you want an instant burst of fragrance then add boiling water out the kettle its easier to pour as well

I have electric oil burners that emote really well, but I went through so much oil, the smell was extremely powerful and it burned the oil to a crispy wafer in the burner. I always thought adding water would evaporate the oil faster. I'm going to try this.

I use an electric burner. No candle smoke or messing around. I've been using coconut oil to dilute. The fragrance of my essential oil fades, probably due to going nose blind quite fast.
