The lyrics are actually: "smooth like butter, pulling you like no other, don't need no usher to remind me you got it bad" it's a reference/shoutout to the singer named "usher" and his songs "u got it bad" and "u remind me". The lyrics also got MJ "smooth criminal" references, like: "smooth like butter like a criminal undercover".

Actually, the O.O lyrics make sense. Haewon's line says that they're going into a movie theater with "popcorn and zero coke" and saying the viewers to watch closely as in "with folded arms ' and the next line goes "it's just the teaser" indicating that they've not gone all out yet.

Ik it sounds weird but these lines make perfect sense to me:
1) “Turn me from a cat into a dog”: cats seem to be indifferent to their owners while dogs like to stay by your side.
Its a metaphor for saying he has changed and wants to be extremely loyal - to an extent that it seems like an obsession (be a pet dog/cat). That explains all the purrs and barks

2.1) ”I be walking with the cheese, thats the queso”: cheese is slang for money, and queso means cheese in spanish.
NCT basically flexing their money and the use of spanish is a representation of their global success.

2.2) The whole Taeyong’s part: “racks” also slang for being hella rich, enough to own a spaceship (might pull up in a spaceship)
“Hop out, it don't look like I live here”: hes too flashy and unreal that it looks like he doesn’t belong to this world.
