FIFO: First In - First Out is a LEAN inventory management method whose purpose is to remove items and merchandise in order of entry into inventory.

LEANFLASH FIFO planning support is based on the same principle to enable easy management of work organisation: production start-up, order processing, procurement, shipping, etc. The elements to be processed are arranged in a "queue" where the order of priority is defined by the order of entry.

The LEANFLASH FIFO is an original solution to control KANBAN. The implementation is immediate and very easy, starting from cards on which label (created by yourself) is attached.
