All abilities have a delay between cast and activation, and movement that happens second takes priority. There is a frame on all movement abilities where you can cast it, get hit by displacement, and finish casting to cancel the displacement. This is exaggerated on champs like trist and ez where the delay is greater, but you can do the same with vayne. Its not something you can do intentionally, as the window is too small, but it can happen

Since she can attach to someone who is recalling in the last second and follow them, could she technically save herself from an ignite (or any other dot for that matter) by attaching to a recalling champion?

If she’s attached to an invis champ while her ult or other spells unstealth them? Or will they go off as invis spells? Or can you see the spells emerge from an invis champ?
