Man the CS at FMS is awesome! I explained the issues I was having and showed them the issues. Well they paid for the return plane and rolled out a new one to me. THIS ONE!!

In all honestly, FMS are being extra nice with you regarding customer services due to your channel. Any other normal guy without a YT channel wouldn't get the full refund or free exchange privileges. My Avantis right wing wouldnt fit and needed the plastic mouldings trimmed with a knife and the hole for the carbon spar to go into the wing tube was half covered with the red plastic cover. About 5 emails back and forth with videos, pictures and explinations over 1 week and I got the go ahead to do the DIY work to make it fit. We weren't sure if it was the wing or the fuselage that was the problem.I asked for compensation for my time and accepting a defected products and the factory offered me £7/£10. Had i refused the wing it would've cost them x10 that to send me a new wing. All i had was the factory telling me to keep forcing the wing on and that a gap is acceptable. Not when the screw holes arent aligned. Good thing shes a gorgeous jet as i was looking at it every day on my dinning table for 10 days.

Nice flying and a great maiden. Despite complaints from my wife, I like to keep the shipping box around until I have flown a new plane a few times. And you just showed everyone why that is a good idea!

FMS is my preferred brand as they’re generally tough, brightly coloured and generally work on grass. If we decode the audio interface can we raise our fallen :) ???
