One of my core memories listening to this in my room as an 17 year old freshly moved out of a broken home. This acoustic song was my soundtrack for many years of my young adult life. Haven't heard this rendition in a LONG time. Takes me back...

53 years old and still listening.often. No pleasentries was a great compilation that I related with during a messy divorce. I used to leave the fight in the house, and go out to my truck and turn all 500 watts on this whole album while I self medicated. Maybe not the best solution, but it worked well at the time. Just turned some younger friends on to it. Great works. .

I have always loved this song. I’m digging the acoustic version. I served 24 years in a combat unit. It reminds me of being whiskey drunk & lost. God was always right by my side the entire time. I don’t need to be Godless!

at first i was thinkin wtf lol, but wow, quickly grew on me. his voice, the way he carries those notes and stuff, he done a great acoustic version. id never heard this version.

I've listened to all of this album for years. I just don't like UPO's style 99.999% of the time.
...this song, though. This is possibly the most perfect song I've ever heard. It's at least in the top 5.
