There’s a caveat to this. You have to build up the intensity or it will damage your knees. If you’re sedentary all your life then decide to go and do a marathon you’ll fuck up ur knees and other parts of your body. Bone breakage is a higher risk at that point too

Its wrong research. Running and especially if you are having little bit of obesity, will damage your knees. Always discuss with your orthopedician before going for this advice.
