Officials say a jet crash in Russia kills 10, Wagner chief Prigozhin was on passenger list

A business jet en route from Moscow to St. Petersburg crashed Wednesday, killing all 10 people on board, Russian emergency officials said. Mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin was on the passenger list, officials said, but it wasn't immediately clear if he was on board. (Aug. 23)

He almost certainly did not die recently. He's probably been dead for months now. A plane goes down and his name is on a list... if a body is found (which I doubt) it will be *identified* by the government as him. Most likely, after his attempted revolt he was detained when he came forward... then taken out to a field somewhere and disposed of. He's probably in a grave in a field somewhere decaying.
