Man, the title, the melody, the slowly encroaching tunes which form into a song remind me of those nights with her.
The Nights in which only the candles lit the room and we imagined falling asleep in our arms forever.
Exchanged laughs, tales, stories, dreams, a future together.

As the Melody slows, so do my memories and Im left sitting at the side of the bed, candles flickering and reflecting in my cold grey eyes.
It does not hurt nor tear at my heart, yet the gentle tips of the piano poke those sweet hours we spent together and throw me into a melancholic nostalgia.
