This is a great video and I’m happy Hawai’i’s local food is finally getting out to others in the mainland but there are some things that need to be said. First off this is not “Hawaiian” Food, it’s local food which basically means it was made in Hawai’i but it’s not apart of Hawaiian culture. Second is that the pronunciation of Hawaiian words kinda needs some working out on especially when he says Makai. Lastly, most local places in Hawai’i have things like this “Hawaiian chipotle” but it never really gets popular cause most if Haoles wouldn’t care to much for local food they probably wouldn’t care about Hawaiian food. Great video though and thank you for helping to promote this restaurant so others can try our local food 🤙🏽
