also you need have the game installed in the Steam client in which you apply the commend.
if you try to reset it without game installed, it will throw an error on attempt.

i got the Counter Strike Source achievement with the gift grab 2011 like yesterday, i felt guilty and wanted to see if there was a way to remove it since it didn't feel right... even tho i had the game since the time 2012 when the achievement was available. thank you so much for this video!

Used this and got rid of **most** of my achievements, a few of them (22) have stayed behind. Gonna reset steam and try again tho, will update

did it . achievements got removed but now the avg. completion rate shows wrong... it didnt count towards the avg. comepltion rate
