Try Stall 02-17 Hong Lim market and food centre Outram fried kuay teow is one of the best if not the best in Singapore . Long queue though .

I tried the char siew rice at the Rice Guy in Canary Wharf London and just didn't really like it though my UK friends seem to enjoy it and it costs like £5 or more.

Btw, don't use 'cheap' as an adjective for food. It has a negative connotation to it. Perhaps budget friendly or affordable. But nonetheless, great videos!!
