POV Yoga Space Versus the Rest of My House

Even when living in a small space you can create an area for your yoga practice. I don't live in a large house so when I record a practice for you I have to move things around and make an area suitable for video. I hope to someday have a larger space or separate room for practice. For now, for anyone else living in a small space, remember to separate yourself from the distraction of a messy house, your too do list, other people and expectations. Take time before your practice to center yourself and focus on mind, body, spirit. It's just you and your mat.
Show up everyday and reap the benefits of a regular yoga practice. Everything else can wait. Allow positivity in your life and then you will be able to share that energy with the world.
Remember to ask your physician if yoga is right for you especially if you have any health issues or are on any medications.
Remember to listen to your body. If a pose hurts, don't do it. You can back off on the stretch or use modifications.
I am not a doctor so I cannot recommend treatment or diagnose disease. I do not claim yoga treats any disease. But studies have been linked to stress reduction with a regular yoga practice. Stress is the leading cause of chronic disease and death.
Yoga has also been shown to tone and tighten, and with all that stretching, it makes you a little taller!
