In theRegback directory, I am not seeing the values for "DEFAULT" "SAM" "SECURITY" "SOFTWARE" and "SYSTEM"

There are only one and two dots and 0 files. Should I proceed with the command for "copy *.* .." or is it not safe?

Also most guides showed that you can use safemode to resolve the automatic recovery loop however I cannot access to safe mode and I'm quite frankly locked out. Do you anything about this issue ?
