Oh my goodness back in the day we had to do one satin lace at a time… and hopefully get the perfect tension and tuck it under so it didn’t fall out!

I have to use a spacer, a toe cap, and my toe pads with my pointe shoes AND I have to use the satin ribbons so I have to cross each one 1 by 1 and then knot it and tuck it in 😭

Ballet is a nice thing to do but honestly, Ballerinas really have to sacrifice their feet because since the pointe shoes are flat at the tip part it causes pain. 😢
