This wine was made from grapes in the Helderberg region, where selected parcels were separately harvested, wild fermented, punched down and left to age in French oak barrels. The wine spent 24 months in French oak, of which 50% were new.

Wild berries, ripe plum, cassis, luscious cedar and spice avours abound on the nose of this expressive Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz blend. Chewy tannins and a lingering aftertaste.
