The Manu River rises in the mountains of Tripura. After its initial rapid passage through mountainous terrain it slows and meanders during its course, which includes the Sylhet plains. It joins the Kushiyara River at Manumukh in the Bangladeshi district of Moulvibazar. It is the longest river of Tripura.Muhuri is a transnational river between India and Bangladesh. Rising in Tripura, it flows into Bangladesh where it merges with the Feni near the latter's mouth to the Bay of Bengal. The Muhuri is also known as the Little Feni.

Yes sir i myself belong to nursing profession did B.sc nursing from one of the top govt college of WB .this sector needs massive reform and as very less people are going to the administrative posts like civil services there is less people who could feel and bring the real matters in front of the govt.to strengthen the health system making doctors and nurses in large amount is not enough.the quality and quantity both should be raken into consideration.i myself have spend 4 years there and i saw the mismanagement and deficiency of proper leadership there.
