Texas Caviar Recipe

Ever since I discovered *Texas Caviar, * it is my FAVORITE and a go-to tortilla DIP.... It is so TASTY... Heck, you can even eat it just as it is without anything... In fact, I just made myself a Texas Caviar tonight... and I am eating IT NOW... So Good.... :)
