"Have some humility!"
Seeing someone say that to a politician and a journalist to their faces and with genuine if low-key anger in his voice is the most satisfying thing I've seen for a good while.

Have to give credit to Bill for saying "everybody's not us" when the one guy started to laugh at the concept of the Babylon bee

The two guests dropping their heads and saying nothing when Bill says Twitter failed speaks volumes

Velshi's response to Maher's describing the Babylon Bee by saying "like we all need that", is EXACTLY the attitude Maher is referring to, and it's important to note that Maher is vocally against religion and even HE didn't cop the attitude Velshi did.

Never thought I'd live to see Bill Maher defend Christian satire. Refreshing!

The Babylon Bee is freaking hilarious. I highly recommend it. Some stories might offend some, but sometimes they just hit it out of the park.

There was honest to goodness anger in Maher's voice when he said "They're NOT all you an me", no matter what, the man is a passionate defender of free speech and that's always a good thing.

Bill is clearly the only one of these three who actually paid attention to what Elon said in the TED talk. In fact, one of the first things he said was he'd eliminate bots and make it open source.

Babylon Bee is hilarious. It's genius. It's some of the funniest satire out there. Traditionally the right hasn't been very funny, but these guys are

It's good that Maher is giving the Babylon Bee a fair shake. It shows he wants to be impartial with respect to protecting free speech. Partisans have an issue with being impartial. It's the reason I am now independent and not a party guy. I'm sick of partisans pointing to flaws and faults in the oppositon party while refusing to look in the mirror.

If you don’t like our “content moderation”, then go buy your own Twitter they said.

When you hear people talking about controlling information we are living in the most dangerous time of our lifetime.

I got a 1 week ban from Twitter for saying an NFL QB choked after throwing a game-ending interception. They said this was a "violent" threat. I explained what the term "to choke" in sports means. The ban was upheld.

“Misgendering” someone on purpose is not hate. Calling out Fauci and the Covid BS is not misinformation. Saying BLM rioted is not racist.

03:14 "They're not all you... and me... okay?!" Misgivings over Maher aside, this is the sign of a true liberal: someone who is open to all perspectives, including those conservatives who reject liberalism a priori.

It’s hilarious to hear a politician talk about misinformation and disinformation, when that’s all they ever give us.

Twitter's problem is not setting up rules and guidelines for those who would be on their platform, no matter how strict or lax the rules might be.
Their problem is their inability to enforce the rule equally. Once a judge or referee creates an impression of partiality, everything goes downhill from there.
