I just start crying, it’s so difficult I want to just keep hugging her and I never want to let go. I just want her back here physically I cannot stand this anymore. Sometimes I feel like giving up just so I can see her again, I really can’t stand this life without her

My mom died yesterday day im only 17 I didn't tell my mom what I wanted to before her passing and I wanna tell her what I wanted before she passed I really regret not spending time with her and not visting her I had a valentine note for her and I just want her to read it and I wanted to tell her one last time how much I love her . I'm getting desperate

My wife and I have been meditating this evening strolling our minds so that we could receive messages from our departed loved ones. It really helped coming across this meditation as it helped focus my mind. I connected with my grandad. We always had a connection in thus world when he was alive and it was so special to see him again. Thank you.

I have been to the other side, i can tell ypu its a fantastic place, the trees blow in the wind, the grass is long, there are sounds of water, and when you do get there even in a dream your family will be waiting, any ailments they had will be gone, i met my best friend, he took me to the river, he pulled out s stone from the watet and handed it to me, that stone is now in this world, ypu can make that connection, and it will change ypur life for ever, uou will become your best self.

I had an NDE closely after one of my beloved sphynx cats passed away. I've withnessed his transition into a higher sphere. It is too much to write it all down, but that golden/white the nail right there. That light became so intense, but it didn't hurt or burned my eyes. That "projected" the most unconditional love, beyond eartly definitions. Beyond that light, there is our home for sure, where we meet all we love so dearly in our lives.

I felt like I was lifted into the astral plane while I was imagining the gold and white energy. Then I felt immemse grief that I could not control and even if I tried to hold it in not to make my grandfather sad, I could not. I did feel him in the distance, but there was something in between like a veil and I could not see his face. I wish there was a longer version of this. Thank you

I lost my brother and Dad this year. I dunno how to deal with this pain anymore. I tried this meditation, however I didn’t see them yet nor felt the connection. It might be im so tensed and depressed. I will try it again and again until I feel them. I miss them both so much. I hope everyone here who lost a loved one may find peace within and acceptance❤️
