Outline of Alpha's Day
5:15am ALARM
Around 6am, heads to Starbucks
6:15am until 7am, answers emails and creates video content at Starbucks.
At 8am, goes for a run and then eats breakfast. After run, grooming time.
6:30pm is time to hit the gym for a workout.
After the gym, it's home for dinner and some more work (from the couch).
10pm is bedtime!


Grooming Demonstration

Wow you get up at 5:15 and do so much before you have to head into the office at 10:30. If I had to be in the office by 10:30 I would roll out of bed at 10:20 and stumble into the office at around 10:35.
