The game is still not finished even tho it's got released last year. If these commands don't work for you (which I doubt, at least if will give you a couple fps) then be on the lookout for the new patches and hope that your computer can handle the game in the future.

You know that threads are different than cores ?
Threads are for multicores, they handle the tasks, we usualy use 1 process per core, yes, BUT, your CPU is doing multitasking, so every core you have can handle 2 thread at the same time per core because it's splitted in two.

With this setting set to 6, you won't get any uplift from the multithreading, you don't have a multithreaded processor, but others do, so they have to use the "logical processors" and not the cores number.

Lots of issues with this video
Your comparison for Vulkan between Intel/AMD and Nvidia is very surface level. Saying it *will* boost FPS on Intel/AMD is not always true. It can boost FPS but it doing so significantly is pretty rare (It can also boost performance on Nvidia cards in some cases. You saying it won't is straight up wrong lol).
I don't think you understand the difference between threads and cores. If your CPU has hyperthreading on (which it almost definitely does), setting the threads parameter to what you did will worsen your performance (a lot).
