It’s Twice’s 9th year and they’ve already won plenty of music shows and award show awards, so I think this isn’t a blow to them at all. As a 3rd Generation GG which debuted in 2015 they’ve already made a name in the industry so there is not a competition.
Nowadays they perform and release songs for their fans which is reflected in their lyrics of their songs.
Le serrafim which debuted in 2022 is still young and in their prime time, so they deserved this win as it’s meaningful ❤️
