Also if you have lot of berries like Razz and Nanab berries for example don not discard them. Feed them into gyms. It isn't that much but it stacks up over time and helps you get that gym badge to gold faster.

Aditional tip for PVP: If you grind up high like to rank 18 or 17, then keep loosing on purpose, you still get around 3k stardust per 5 battles, really efficient too

A MUST do is to put a star piece for end of battle season reward, it is significant. Another tips for people that only have little time to do PVP, then plan to do that at the cycle of Master League, which usually gives more start dust

Feeding berries to full gyms. Quick, easy and it can be done several times a day, even better if you're in several gyms. Also a good use for berries that would normally just get thrown away

Max Stardust from pvp: Win 1, lose 4. Repeat.
(every win gets you more at the end, and winning 5 in a row gets you usually 2x what you got for the first win - but time taken into consideration, the best stardust for time ratio is winning 1, tossing 4.)

What I used to do every Monday was have eggs almost walked, leave a set over from GBL with the rewards unclaimed, have 20 gifts ready to open and be near a gym to feed the pokemon and combine all of those on a star piece, if possible any special research with Stardust rewards and the GBL battle pass should be saved for a star piece, if I have a lot of time left, I will do more sets in GBL or catch as many wild pokemon as possible

I feel like 1 stage mons (including ones with baby form) like hitmonlee or tauros should give slightly more stardust, not like 1000 or anything, just a small boost like 300 to 500. These mons sometimes feel useless unless they are pvp viable like Skarmory.

I just used Nearly 700 thousand stardust For my Gardevoir and my 2 Shadow dragonites to lvl 40 for Regidrago and other Dragon type Raid bosses and thanks for the stardust tips it going to help us in the future (Such as Community days and spotlight hour)

519, 300 is the amount of Stardust it would cost to Power up a Pokémon from level 1 to maximum. Of course you can always save by starting with a higher level Pokémon. I personally really like to max out my Hundos.

Oh yeah I think Daxi forgot to mention end of season rewards from GO battle league, those can be huge if you get past rank 20 into the ELO rankings. That’s a super great time to use a star piece.

Best defo is end of season of battle league rewards or 7 day streaks or stacking high stardust pokemons so just keep star pieces!!!!

Something I would recommend a lot of stardust is using Meltan boxes and star pieces for what I like to call it Meltan run!

It's ok to keep stardust until you actually have a need for it. You can hold unlimited stardust so don't feel pressured to use it just because you have it.

I might try to sync up my 7 day catch streak and Adventure sync reward but the problem is that I out of reflex catch all Pokemon surrounding my Homestops. The challenge will now be every Monday after midnight to collect enough gifts from spinning Pokestops and send them to all my friends that I'm not luckyfriends with, while ignoring all the spawns appearing at home
