All GTA Characters have abilities. In GTA 3 Claude has an ability to shoot of body parts of npc's in GTA Vice city Tommy has an ability to roll when he falls down. in GTA San Andreas Cj has an ability to abandoned his family for 5 years
In GTA 4 Niko has an ability to just chill in a bench Johnny has an ability to ride a bike and run over homeless people Luis has an ability to dance
