The horn is able to be changed in the app. When morning park it will use the motors to buzz loudly like a real electromechanical horn.

To make the honk sound authentic, you must be in a different speed mode than park mode.

Its not really a horn. Its just an audible sound for people that you're coming up behind so that you don't startle them.

i just got the Ninebot Max G2 as my first Electric Kick Scooter and im pretty happy with it, i do agree with you about the horn it seems that even on the less expensive Max G2 it also has the low beep sound. Anyways i would love to get my hands on a GT2 but i think im gonna wait for a GT3 that may fix a few of the issues ive been hearing, with this beep thing being one and the parking stop mode when at a traffic light. Vehicle drivers are NOT forgiving and will run you over if your Scooter can not keep up with traffic or takes off fast like other motor vehicles.
