Thank you Rujuta. You are so right about ghar ka khana, sleep n exercise. Kela is a common fruit in our country n people on weight loss avoid it.

If you are not stressed about losing weight, I feel you eat balanced everyday khana and nuts as in between snack and right amount of exercise, the skin glow is inevitable. Even if you eat right, it's not enough. Some form of exercise has to be done for skin to glow.

Hi Rujuta.. I want you to do a video on foods that can be eaten with tea or coffee and which shouldn't..I have heard that Coffee or tea interferes with protein and iron absorption..so what food to avoid with them
