Axis prototype coaster front seat on-ride 4K POV @60fps S&S Worldwide facility

S&S Worldwide invited us to ride and film their new Axis prototype coaster. Needless to say it was an offer we couldn't refuse.
Similar to the company's Free Spin coasters found at Six Flags parks across the U.S., but instead of spinning on your heartline vertically forwards and backwards, this one spins laterally left and right. This prototype uses the company's revered air launch system due to the adjacent airport, but can be used with a standard lift hill as well. It stands 60 feet (18m) tall with 610 feet (186m) of track and launches from 0-47 mph (75.5 km/h) in 2 seconds reaching 2.5 Gs.
The S&S Worldwide facility is located in Logan, Utah.

Hot take: instead of taking this prototype down someday when they no longer need it, they should sell it to a small family park (or maybe even nearby Lagoon). It would be such a unique, wacky ride.

I feel like I would prefer this over a free-spin, no sudden movements jerking your head forward and back.

I hear the seat rotating over the track provides some great airtime. Would love to experience

The way the seats move creates really interesting movements. I hope we see a full complete ride soon cause this looks awesome!

This is a cool new design of a coaster only needs to be 150 more feet and 70 mph and it’s perfect

If Six Flags ever decides to buy and clone these, I could see them calling them “Robin”, since most parks have a “Batman” coaster.

Imagine this in a Star Wars park, indoors, as the theme of a tie fighter flying/battling through space. It would be incredible
