I came a month early. My parents were in La Salle, Illinois for a funeral. I guess that I wanted to meet the relatives. The problem was that the hospital there had no on/gyn department or doctor. So while my mom was in the emergency room, in labor, dad ran out and yelled at the nurse… The baby’s coming! What do I do? The nurse’s answer? Catch it! That’s how my dad delivered me.
