17:00 It may not be the flashiest save of all time but look how subtle and PERFECT that stick block is from the goalie there, I don't see a lot of goalies doing that but he (I think it's Bishop) went full big brain mode and predicted that the puck would redirect intentionally or unintentionally towards the crease

Half of these are just the attacking team refusing to shoot because they’re trying to make the pretty play.

And then there’s Tim Brent.

Coaches should have penalty killers use stiffer sticks. Although these modern sticks with all that flex makes it’s easier for a player to shoot hard with less effort, they are weak and shatter constantly.

I’d be furious as a coach if one of my penalty killers were using those high flex sticks and it shattered.

That first clip of the Oilers PP vs the sharks has to be one of the worst powerplays I've seen. Not a single person moved around, they just stayed in an umbrella and passed around hoping something would open up. Even when the defenders were dead tired and one didn't have a stick they STILL didn't try move to open ice or bait defenders out of position.
