Improving HCBS Access and Outcomes for Dual-Eligible Beneficiaries of Color

Because people are living longer, it's more likely than ever that they will experience the need for long-term services and supports.

With support from Arnold Ventures, this project explores whether the HCBS (Home and Community-Based Services) system is prepared to meet the needs of this growing and increasingly diverse aging population. More specifically, whether the system is prepared to meet the needs of an aging dually eligible population from communities of color.
