Do you find any discomfort while using the optics without attaching the phone? Could you glass all day (a long time) with it on as id probably only use the phone occasionally. Thanks

Do you ever have issues with light getting into your eyepiece and bouncing off the glass back into the camera on the phone? I've had that happen and wonder if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks
