How do you Fly in Your Dreams - Alan's Theory

How do you fly in your Dreams???
I personally have a very specific way to fly in my dreams, but recently I heard a friend described the same dream!, This made me think: Do everyone fly the same way?.
I couldn't find an answer to this question anywhere, so I decided to go out and ask people.

Flying in my dreams are the best dreams I've had, and honestly there were times when I was younger where I would actually pray to have a flying dream that night. In mine, I just take a little jump and then I'm flying and it feels so joyful and free and fun.

I can literally control when I fly. Yes now that I've watched this, I do take a running start, then I just fly. I know I can every time and just do. It's not scary, it's fun and makes me happy.

It has been about 20 years since I have had The Flying Dream. For me, it was always a HUGE thunderstorm with a very strong wind gust. I would spread my arms wide and be lifted up off the sidewalk and taken to a height above the clouds. From there, I would begin a gliding descent which would last several minutes.

I was able to levitate and pull gravity towards my hand that made me able to lift myself up and float around, through thinking I was able to go higher in my dream

Yes yes yes....walking initially and then small jumps and then higher and higher jump while running and finaly floating. Just as Alan said. I actually could master the technique and then have a really high jump whenever I wanted in the dream. How can people see similar dreams. I mean if there is difference, that's okay since it's expected but similarity is worth a notice

For me to actually be able to fly I have to get a runing start and jump 3 times

I remember the same dream since I was a kid where I was able to fly. I was like swimming in the air :)

There's a book called Unleashed by Patrick Neal that delves into dreams in a way I've never seen. Have yu heard of it? I'd love to know your take on this one

I just had a dream like tha last night. It was a weird dream where we was attacked by a supernatural light tha can turn into a surf board of some type that can transform into a un damageable light board. But once the board was around i wasnt able to fly anymore. But before i was flying great. Even flew longer than usual and higher than i normally do.

It happens to me like o the time tonight i had the same dream thats why i am here ...i never speak about it so today I decided to tell my friend about it she said the devil is using me 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Proper way is to be like helium around the midsection and float. Jump up because your light as air. Do it fast but there's only soo much land your brain processes. I sometimes fly into a pale nothingness. And going at high speeds is tricky to turn tightly.
