how do I configure my FLKey mimi with fl studio on my macbook I have watched a ton to tutorials suqqesting I press and hold the shift buttom and press the sequencer botton but when I press and hold shift the 4th lights orange and 8th pad green both on custom and none of the pads responds please help

Tengo 15 días con uno y la verdad hasta me dieron ganas de tirarlo no me sirve para poner el Chanel Rack se prenden los pads de la orilla pero menos el del Chanel Rack

I have a problem : When i try to change a channel rack with my Pad ( FLK mini ) it doesnt work, do you know why ?
