Good info guys! It's sad, Vegas is forcing most of their loyal visitors with all these additional fees and increase in resort fees to look elsewhere to vacation or not go as often as we did.

I lived in Vegas since 1993 and back then you could get a steak dinner for $3.99 and it was decent. very little extra charges or hidden fees and nobody charged for parking. how times have changed.

I haven't been to vegas, or the U.S, for years, but the entire thing just seems like a giant rip off from the moment you arrive. I think most people are happy to spend money, but no one wants to feel like they are being ripped off.

Casinos don't use signal blockers. A hotel of that size act like giant Faraday cages. The cell signals get trapped inside the hotel. It's why wifi works so much better.

Hey Jacob, my name is Shawn and I am a front desk agent in Reno. I watch both you and Norma from time to time and always enjoy them. I do want to reply to 18 Ways Las Vegas robs you. Specifically the one on rude staff at the restaurants and hotels. Although there is not an excuse to be rude to people, I gotta tell you my guests have been getting ruder and ruder over the last few years. They literally come in my front door looking to gripe about something that happened at the airport or 200 miles away and then pick my place apart. Those folks can be emotional vampires and wear you out until you really just want to be done with them. In addition I work my front desk alone with no support when before the pandemic there were three front desk people on my shift. That being said, we are getting worn out, again no excuse, but maybe put out a video for the tourists to be a little more kinder to the folks that are trying to help them have a good vacation. Anyway keep up the good work, and the Four Queens always treats me good. Planning a trip to there soon.

Great Collab between you 2. The next step would be hooking up with "The coolist" and hitting the nightlife and restaurants together

If a store doesn't show the prices then you know it is overpriced. If I go to such a store and I don't like the prices at checkout, I'll just leave everything on the counter and walk out. If enough people did that then the stores would stop doing this shit.

Another big tip....avoid ATM machines in Casinos. Service fees are $9 per transaction, and if you're from outside the U.S., they increase the Exchange rate. I.E. - I'm from Canada, I withdrew $400 USD, the Service fee was $9 USD and the CDA/US standard exchange rate is about $1.30, Mandalay Bay charged $1.43. So a $400 USD withdrawal, which should've been around $520 CDN, turned into $588k CDN. Bring your USD with you before arriving in Vegas.

Resort fees: Avoid (reduce) them by not staying on the strip.

Regarding the mini bars in the room, you should have warned about the weighted items. You get charged for a candy bar if you even pick it up to look at or put something in the fridge. They use weighted censors and they don't tell you.
