I agree. Rules of the road say (highway code) if the obstruction is on your side ie the car it is up to you to give way to the oncoming traffic that has no obstruction ie has right of way.

Moving into the right lane perished my chance.. what a big blow that was. The officer told .e that you were alright all along but that error of moving onto right lane caused the fail in the p test

Technically this is pushing through because he crossed the centre line. He SHOULD have given way to the other car because they had the right of way.

I would have stopped in my lane and let them pass. During my test a big truck blocked my lane and I stopped and allowed room for oncoming traffic, the man in the other lane signalled for me to go. So I did my indicators and checks and took changed into the opposite lane. I shat myself and thought I could have failed. Luckily I didnt, would that be a fail in your country?

I’m sorry but I don’t see why the other car was waiting on the side of the road for one car to pass by a bigass road, I honestly don’t see anything wrong with this besides the fact that the driver in this vehicle was in the middle of the lane at first but hey I don’t know where this is or if there are specific rules here
