I have xpen 12 2nd gen and I brought USB type c and connot connect to my phone or iPhone and my xiaomi pad 5 tablet I guess I have to exchange my xpen tablet to huion tablet or wacom cintiq 😑😑🤔🤔

XP Pen i like your product but i need the complete version of the driver for android so i can calibrate it, also if you provide it in the future i guarantee alot more people will be using your products, since people often brings their phones while lying on the bed to search for references while they relaxing, which not even tablets like samsung or ipad are even comfortable to use without putting it on the table. Mobile phone is like another version of mini pc, its the future.

Why doesn't work?, I'm doing everything fine, it's the official original cable from you, the phone support OTG an have 100% battery, I try to get the brightness down but nothing is showing and "recive" the signal bit it rotate 90 degrees by the proportion I see in the phone, not the table cuz don't show anything, solve it or don't promote the tablet as a "phone friendly"

I have a artist 13 pro 1st Gen that works, but I have to use a USBC to HDMI dongle to get a display. Sometimes the video cuts out. I have a Galaxy note 10+. Would I be able to use a USBC to USBC cable instead or no?
