What does it really mean to be a man? We live in an age when biblical manhood is mocked and gender distinctions are cast aside. Many men are passive, lazy, cowardly, and confused about their identities. It's time to restore a biblical vision for manhood! Act Like Men draws lessons from the sinking of the Titanic through the stories of men who sacrificed themselves for women and children. What did they know about manliness that we have forgotten? Will our civilization survive the decline of manliness? How can we help our sons to become men?

The Titanic was a British passenger liner that sank in the North Atlantic Ocean on April 15, 1912, after colliding with an iceberg during her maiden voyage from Southampton, England to New Your City. There were 1,514 people that drowned in one of the deadliest peacetime maritime disasters in history. "The Unsinkable Titanic" sunk and today the story lives on in fans of those who love this great ship and it's history.

Look no further than the Captain of the Costa Concordia. This guy took an oath, yet he was the first to abandon ship, and then tried to plead with LEO's when they commanded him to return to the vessel and help his passengers. 😳😱

Great film. I wish things were still like they were back then. I say this as a Christian woman. God created men and women different for a reason. Much admire the men who who had to stay behind with the Titanic.

It was not really the law of the sea, it was really derived from the sinking of HMS.Birkenhead.
It was known as "the Birkenhead drill".
Also the Romans had the concept of adolescence That's fairly well documented.. during wich young men were barred from holding certain political office on the cursus honorum.
After this period it was customary to shave your facial hair and burn it as an offering .
You seem to want a reaction back to victorian sensibilities in a way.
