Hi Joel, I’m new to your channel and found this so very helpful. Here in the UK what you call sod we call it turf, that made me smile because we use sod in a different meaning. You have worked so very hard, but well worth it because the house looks fabulous.

Joel, don’t you know, scraping your knife against the sidewalk like that - actually sharpens your knife, so be careful not to cut your self cuz now, it’s sharp as a razor! At least on one side anyways.

What a "Stud Muffin" the opening/ending of you is. Cute, Joel and you are amazing at what you are doing. You should never be without a job because you can do it all. I can't believe you are putting all this work into this home and rebuilding everything and not moving into it yourself. The kids seem to love the yard and the area when there and having a new home that you built (literally) to live in would be great. I know Bonnie wants a mansion but I would be happy here. What a yard that is going to be. Enough room for a nice garden to grow your veggies and still have lots and lots of room for the kids and puppy. Just my opinion and I know it does not count.
