The best? No. Absolutely no. At the moment, it has *more features* than other new AI's in this field. BUT it is behind them in terms of output quality, consistency and final result. Luma WAS the best for a while. Not anymore. For example Hailuo produces way better results (than LUMA) from text to video. I can not imagine what it will produce from image to video.
