NullPointerException is a YouTube channel created by two high-schoolers in hopes of creating high-quality tutorial and how-to's relating to computer science and programming. Videos are uploaded three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), and can range from basic language tutorials, specific programming how-to's, and even some AP course review when the time hits. This is a great series. Here are some tips:
1. Link to the playlist in the description of each video.
2. Diversify your thumbnails. There should be a common theme but the difference in each video should be highlighted more in the thumbnails. You want to increase the likely hood that a new viewer will click each thumbnail.
3. When you finish each series, consider combining all the videos in the series into one long video and release that. For programming channels, less frequent more substantial videos often do way better than more frequent shorter videos.
4. Based on your view count, you may need to do a little more self promotion of your videos. When your channel first starts, you often can't rely too much on YouTube recommendations.
